Returns

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of handmade candles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can review and assist with a replacement.

  • We do not offer refunds for used candles or scent preferences.
